The Modern Competencies of Academic Teachers (MOCAT) Project is chaired by Wy偶sza Szko艂a Bankowa (WSB) Poznan Banking School in Poland (Project manager, Lucyna Sobkowiak). 吃瓜头条 under the lead of Dr. Adelheid Marie Bwire and Dr. Marguerite Miheso-O鈥機onnor is among the 8 partner universities from Turkey, Poland, Iceland, Kenya, Georgia, Romania, Italy and Indonesia.聽 The MOCAT project involves the International cooperation of these 8 universities to jointly develop sustainable solutions that improve the quality of education at universities (including international) through the development of modern methods, tools and materials for academic staff in the field of Teaching Methodology. The purpose of the project is the development of know-how and sharing experience among the partner universities, as well as the development and implementation of a competence model of an academic teacher, including training materials for online and blended modules, whose use will drive methodological, teaching, and multicultural competencies of university teaching staff. The goal of the project is that academic teachers,聽in particular those who teach in English, in intercultural groups, from project partner countries will have access to training materials and educational tools in order to improve their teaching and intercultural competences (in particular those without pedagogical/methodological preparation).
