CAREER OPPORTUNITY IN A FAST-GROWING INSTITUTION
1.0 Introduction
In response to the economic and trade cooperation and talent exchange between China and Kenya, and to support the agricultural modernization in Kenya, Kaishan Terra Green Ammonia Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Green Ammonia Company”), invested and established by Kaishan Group Co., Ltd., is now launching a special training and recruitment program targeting graduates of 2024-2025 (the first batch) and upcoming graduates of 2026 (the second batch) from 吃瓜头条.
Green Ammonia Company is planning to build a 165.4MW geothermal power plant and chemical fertilizer factories in Kenya, with an annual output of 200,000 tonnes of green ammonia, eventually translated to 180,000 tonnes of urea and 300,000 tonnes of calcium ammonium nitrate as final products. The Green Ammonia Company is committed to building a world-leading fertilizer production base, creating value for Kenya鈥檚 economic development and employment.
For this recruitment drive, outstanding candidates will be selected and fully sponsored by the Company to pursue a one-year professional training program at universities in China. Candidates who pass the training will have the opportunity to work at the Green Ammonia Plant in Kenya, helping young talents achieve their career aspirations and personal growth.
- Admission requirements
2.1 Educational Requirements:
Applicants must have graduated from 吃瓜头条 in the year 2024 or 2025 and should have obtained a bachelor’s degree, with priority given to the following majors:
- Industrial Chemistry,
- Mechanical engineering,
- Electrical and electronics engineering,
2.2 Language proficiency
Excellent English communication skills (fluent in speaking, reading and writing, accurate pronunciation). Priority will be given to Trainees with a certain level of Chinese communication skills. Those with no prior knowledge of Chinese but with excellent qualifications will have the opportunity to study Chinese language in China.
2.3 Quality Requirements
Physically and mentally healthy, Good conduct, discipline, responsibility, hardworking, good teamwork ability, learning ability and adaptability, willing to work stably for five years or more at the green ammonia plant in Kenya.
2.4 Other Requirements
Good physical condition, free from infectious diseases, and meeting the health standards for entry and exit of China and Kenya; Have no criminal record and no history of drug use; commit to abiding by the laws and regulations of China as well as the project management rules, and respect the customs and habits of the Chinese people.

3.1 Training benefits in China
3.1.1 Training Location
Zhejiang University of Technology and/or Quzhou University in Zhejiang Province, China (corresponding professional institutions will be matched according to job requirements), where Trainees will receive systematic and professional theoretical and practical training, and have the opportunity to intern at the corresponding factories.
3.1.2 Cost Sharing
Costs covered by Green Ammonia Company in full: training tuition, international round-trip airfare between Kenya and China (one round trip), accommodation, meal and living expense subsidies, and medical insurance, etc. during the stay in China.
3.1.3 Deliverables of the Training
- Obtain a certificate from a Chinese university and reach HSK4 or HSK3 Chinese proficiency (minimum level shall be HSK3);
- Master international advanced production techniques and management experience of fertilizers such as green ammonia, enhance cross-cultural communication skills, and lay a solid foundation for career development.
- Recruitment process
4.1 Resume Submission
Interested candidates should send their resume (in English, with a photo, academic certificates, transcripts, awards, etc. attached) to through email to chairmen of their respective departments (see below). The subject of the email should be Trainee Recruitment Batch 1 2026. The deadline for application is 10th February 2026 at 11.59pm.
4.2 Preliminary Screening
The recruitment team will conduct preliminary screening of resumes, select qualified candidates, and notify them of written tests and interviews via email/phone.
4.3 Written Test or Interview
Written interview will be conducted at 吃瓜头条 in-person to assess professional knowledge, communication skills, overall quality, etc. Applicants will be required to come with their original documents during the interviews.
4.4 Offer of Selected Trainees
Selected Trainees will be offered the opportunity to confirm their intention to join the training programme
