The University invites applications from staff who are suitably qualified with outstanding academic/professional qualifications and relevant experience for the following position:

ESTATES MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

1. ESTATES OFFICER GRADE 11

Qualifications and Experience
a. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, Quantity Survey, or Construction Management from a recognized Institution.
b. KCSE C Plus and above.
c. Minimum of five (5) years working experience in the maintenance of properties and facilities in a large institution.
d. Conversant with ISO Certification.
e. Proficiency in AutoCAD /ArchiCAD will be an added advantage.

2. DEPUTY ESTATES OFFICER GRADE E/F

a. Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, Quantity Survey, or Construction Management from a recognized Institution with three (3) years of experience in the maintenance of properties and facilities in a large institution.
b. Or Higher Diploma in the field of study stated above with a minimum of five (5) years working experience in the maintenance of properties and facilities in a large institution
c. KCSE C Plain and above.
d. Conversant with ISO Certification.
e. Proficiency in AutoCAD /ArchiCAD will be an added advantage.

TERMS OF SERVICE:
A competitive remuneration package which includes basic salary, house allowance, and medical
Cover as per the University Scheme will be provided.
