SUBJECT: CORRECTION OF DEADLINES FOR FEE PAYMENT AND UNIT REGISTRATION FOR SEMESTER 2, 2025/2026 ACADEMIC YEAR
The fees deadline is normally set at the end of the fifth week of the semester. In determining the said deadlines for the current semester, the group that reported on 2nd March 2026 was considered instead of the group that reported on the 9th March 2026. We sincerely regret the error and any inconveniences caused.
This is therefore to inform the above category of students that the deadlines for fee payment and units registration for the current semester have been corrected as follows:

Fee payment: From 3rd April, 2026 to 10th April, 2026.

Unit registration: From 10th April, 2026 to 17th April, 2026.
Those students who will NOT have completed payment of the required fees and registration of units by the corrected deadlines will be required to apply for Semester-Off.
