This is to remind all students that as per the University Policy, a student who has paid fees and registered units online and wishes to call off the semester must apply in writing to the Registrar (Academic)聽within two (2) weeks after the unit registration deadline. The deadline for call-off in in the current 2024/2025 ODEL/Regular Trimester 1 and CEP (August Session) will be on聽Friday 15th聽November, 2024.
Please note that any request for calling off semester which will be received after the deadline will not be approved and the units will be graded as failed units as per the University policy.
