The听Directorate has a few vacant spaces in听Phase 2 ending 27^th听November 2020听and wishes to float them to the following qualifying students:

1. Students in听year 1 and 4听who had rooms听before COVID break and have exams in phase 2(subject to providing evidence of exam card after allocation )
2. Students in听year 2 and 3听who did not have听 rooms听before COVID break and have exams in phase 2
3. Students in听year 1 and 4听who听did not have rooms听before COVID break and have exams in phase 2 (subject to providing evidence of exam card after allocation)

1. Please note that this allocation is听NOT for the new academic year.
2. Those successful of year 1 & 4 groups with exams in phase 2 will be expected to present their exam card at Usambara 2 room 7 for verification before听being allowed to pay and sign into assigned rooms.
3. All students assigned rooms in phase 2 will be expected to听sign out by latest 28^th听November 2020, 9.00 am

Online room听application听begins on听Friday 13^th听November 2020 at 2.00 pm听and ends听on Sunday 15^th听November 2020 at 5.00 pm. The Successful听room听applicants will be notified by听Tuesday 17^th听November 2020 by 2.00 pm,听and will be expected to pay a semester rate (for those who didn鈥檛 have rooms before COVID break)听OR听Ksh.1, 100听(for those who had rooms before COVID break and are in phase 2). Successful candidates should sign into their allocated听rooms听with the housekeepers by latest Friday 20^th听November 2020 5.00 pm.
