Prof. John Selker, a globally recognised scholar in hydrology and agricultural engineering, brings over three decades of academic and field experience to the initiative. With graduate training from Cornell University, he has dedicated his career to developing low-cost, high-reliability sensor technologies aimed at strengthening weather monitoring systems across sub-Saharan Africa.
