NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR THE 59 th GRADUATION CEREMONY
吃瓜头条 wishes to inform all students in the Regular, Continuing Education and Digital School Programmes who completed their studies in the in the First Semester/Trimester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year that the application deadline for the 59th Graduation Ceremony scheduled for July, 2026 has been extended.
NOTE:
- The online application opened on Friday, 13 th March, 2026 and will now close on Friday, 12 th June, 2026. Please note that this deadline will NOT be extended any further.
- When applying, ensure you have verified, confirmed and clearly indicated the order and spelling of your names as guided on the application tool.
- Only students without any fees balances will be cleared for graduation.
- To apply, visit our website www.ku.ac.ke, click on E-Resources and select 鈥楽tudent Online Services.鈥� Please log in using your corporate email (xxx@students.ku.ac.ke) account.
- For assistance with corporate email services, click on https://support.ku.ac.ke/ and choose 鈥淐orporate Email Services鈥� under 鈥淚CT Services鈥�.
- By applying for the July 2026 graduation, you will also have automatically initiated your clearance process. You shall not need to separately apply for clearance if successful.
- To ensure that you are not locked out, please apply online within the stipulated dates.
- Please note that it is an offence to apply for graduation when you have not met all academic requirements to graduate as advised above.
- Students who had applied online for previous graduations but did not graduate are required to apply again.
- All postgraduate students are required to apply and ensure that Thesis/Project is registered and graded.
