On the 12th of February 2017, 吃瓜头条 was privileged to receive Stace Maples, the manager of Stanford Geospatial Center, courtesy of Esri Ambassador Program. Stace, alias Map Ninja, was on a one week GIS mentorship mission to 吃瓜头条 as part of Esri’s long term commitment to fast track the uptake and usage of geospatial knowledge for Sustainable Development in the Sub-Saharan Africa. It was a week long mentorship that dazzled and inspired the university community.
