This is to request qualifying and interested听continuing听undergraduate KUCCPS and SSP students听who missed听on accommodation听except those groups indicated below; to apply for rooms for听2022/2023听academic year, online using their KU corporate emails as follows:

Start Date:听听听听听听听听听 –听听听听听听听 Tuesday, 6th听September, 2022 at 10.00 a.m.
End Date听 :听听听听听听听 –听听听听听听听 Thursday, 15th听September, 2022 at 11.59 p.m.
This听EXCLUDES听students of the following schools/ departments and admission years.

NOTE:
- Allocation will be done subject to availability of spaces once the newly admitted 1st听year students two weeks of registering elapses on 14th听September, 2022
- Due to limited bed spaces room application听does not听guarantee room allocation.
- Successful applicants will be notified through the accommodation website听by end of day 12th听September, 2022.
- Successful applicants are expected to听sign into听the room with the housekeeper within听2 weeks听of the start of the semester. Failure to sign in by the two weeks deadline will lead to repossession of the allocated spaces for reallocation to other needy students.
