The University conducts an annual听听to get feedback from our students on the services rendered by the University. The outcome of this Survey is key to the continued improvement of service delivery in the various units of the University.
The 2024/2025 Customer Satisfaction Survey is scheduled to take place from听3rd听February to 28th听March, 2025.听The Survey will be conducted online via Google Forms which can be accessed through your KU Student Email Account.听To access the survey,听kindly follow these simple steps:
- Log into your student corporate email account (visit the Students鈥� Computer Labs to reactivate your account in case of any challenges).
- Select the email with the subject听鈥�鈥�.
- on the link provided in the email body and the form will be displayed.
- Carefully read the instructions as you fill the form, and submit upon completion.
This is therefore to request our esteemed students to spare some time and participate in this very important University activity by filling the online survey.
