GUIDELINES FOR PROVISION OF SERVICES TO STUDENTS

To provide efficient services to our students, it is expected that they seek assistance at the designated office points within the University. However, it has been noted that many students are visiting the offices of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) and the Registrar (Academic) for services that are availed at other offices in the University. In most cases, this results in delays in resolving issues for the affected students.

As the University continues to contribute to the quality of learning experience and academic success for all students, below please find guidelines to some key services offered in the University:

In such cases, they will be required to provide a referral letter from the office that served them.

The University is committed to the provision of quality service to our students and welcome feedback on how to improve our services.
