The Master of Arts Programme : Three options
Introduction:
This programme is designed to foster critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and an in-depth understanding of philosophical concepts and debates with the aim of developing the student’s communication and problem-solving capabilities.

Admission Requirements for the Proposed Programme
Applicants to this programme should have studied either History, Archaeology, or Political Studies in their Bachelor’s degree and scored at least a Second Class Honours (Upper Division) from 吃瓜头条 or any other recognized university. Applicants with Second Class (Lower Division) may be considered on condition that they have a grade “C” and above in units relevant to their areas of specialization, and have experience in teaching or learning-related fields.
Mode and Structure of Delivery:
The MA Programme is designed to be delivered through blended and online learning methods depending on the mode of learning. Full-time students learn through the blended methodology that involves face-to-face and online methods, while for the Digital Learning Programme students, the course is delivered through the online mode.
Programme Duration:
The MA programme is designed to last two years. During the first year, students engage in coursework. In the second year, students develop proposals before proceeding for fieldwork research.
Curriculum highlights:
Students enrolled in this programme are expected to do coursework during the first year of study. In the coursework, the student is expected to do at least 10 units; two cores 7 electives and one university Common Unit. In the second year, the student proceeds to develop a research proposal, conduct fieldwork research, and write a thesis as a requirement for graduation.
